The Contract Between Us
Soap-making.co.uk (Trading as GB Soaps Ltd) must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received Soap-making.co.uk will confirm that
your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provided when placing
your order with us.
Acceptance of your order by Soap-making.co.uk brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
The Price
a. The prices payable for goods that you order is as set out in our Web site.
b. You will be required to pay extra for delivery; costs may vary and may be subject to import taxes where
applicable.
Withdrawal From The Contract
a. You may withdraw your order for goods at any time up to the end of the seventh working day after
receipt of goods. You do not need to give Soap-making.co.uk any reason for withdrawing your order nor is
any penalty payable by you.
b.To withdraw your order you must notify Soap-making.co.uk in writing by emailing us via the customer feedback form.
c. If you have received the goods before you withdraw your order, please return the goods to the following

d. Once you have notified Soap-making.co.uk that you are withdrawing your order, any sum debited to Soap-making.co.uk
from your credit card will be re-credited to your account IN FULL as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.
e. Please note that once a product has been used, it is no longer in a resalable condition and therefore cannot be
returned.
Delivery Of Goods
a. Soap-making.co.uk will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give Soap-making.co.uk for delivery at the time you make your order.
b. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of your
order.
c. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods
have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and Soap-making.co.uk will not be liable for their loss or
destruction.
Liability
a. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, you must
notify Soap-making.co.uk in writing at the Soap-making.co.uk contact address within 40 days of the date on which you
ordered the goods.
b. If you notify a problem to Soap-making.co.uk under this condition, Soap-making will refund to you IN FULL the amount
paid by you for the goods in question.
c. Nothing in this condition is, however, intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer neither under
applicable local law that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit Soap-making.co.uk liability to you for
any death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing Law
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law, and the English
courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.

We try to resolve all problems amicably, however in the situation that you wish to complain about the level of

Our customer service team aim to respond within 24hours confirming that your complaint has been received
and outlining the proposed level of action we intend to take in addressing your complaint.
Please note in our efforts to ensure a high level of customer service, all complaints are dealt with as high priority.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this
website per our Terms & Conditions within seven days of delivery of the goods.
To cancel, please email us via the customer feedback form, quoting your order number.
Purchasing Soap-making Products For Redistribution
a. Where our products are purchased and resold or redistributed, and where the products have been received in
good condition by the reseller or distributor, GB Soaps Ltd. will not accept responsibility for any damage to goods
during onward transit.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that products, which are resold or otherwise redistributed, are
suitably packaged.
b. The reseller may not repackage the product, remove or replace the Soap-making.co.uk labels under any circumstances.
c. If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing
within 5 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
Returns
Please note that the products supplied by GB Soaps Ltd. are of the finest quality, however seasonal temperatures
may slightly change the appearance or scent of our natural products.
To return your order, please follow these steps:
a. Ensure that all items returned to us are sent Recorded Delivery for your own protection as we cannot
be responsible for goods lost in transit.
b. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase or there is a fault with the product,
please return your order, along with a covering note with the following details:
- Order ID / Transaction ID
- A clear explanation of why the product is being returned
- Full name & Address
- Contact Number
Goods returned for refund must be in 'as new' saleable condition.
Unfortunately, once a product has been used, it is no longer in a resalable condition and therefore cannot be returned.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. |
